Crazy MNF game causes havoc in fantasy leagues!

You wouldn't expect a Monday night matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the Tampa Bay Bucs to consist of a lot of offense and huge statistical numbers. Those going into tonight's fantasy matchups down a significant amount had probably given up. Panther receiver Steve Smith is probably the only sure fantasy starter out of these two teams with both QB's being marginal and both teams using multiple RB's to share the load. This game, however, defied expectations and produced a significant amount of scoring and huge fantasy numbers. Smith got his 100+ yards and a TD. Bucs receiver Antonio Bryant (those who didn't start him are screaming obscenities) ended up with 200 yards and 2 TDs. Both Panther RB's Deangelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart had 2 TDs and over 100 yards. Even Jeff Garcia had 300 yards passing and 2 TDs for Tampa Bay.
3 of the teams in my fantasy leagues had comfortable 20+ point leads going into tonights MNF game only to lose dramatically at the hands of the previously mentioned players. The hard work of the entire season and high hopes after Sunday's games all came crashing down tonight in what should have been a defensive battle. There's always next year!
