Custom and personalized orders
We do not currently accept personalized or customized orders.
Sizing details
We currently sell 11 oz. (Standard) and 15 oz. (Grande) sized coffee mugs.
Care instructions
All mugs are Dishwasher (top shelf) and Microwave Safe.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We currently do not offer gift-wrapping or custom packaging.
Broken & Incorrect Mugs
If you receive a broken mug, or the incorrect design, please contact us through your Etsy account as soon as possible with a photo of the broken or incorrect mug. We are happy to replace them if they arrive broken, misprinted, or damaged in any way, or if you simply received the wrong item.
Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 1-2 weeks (Canada can be a little longer.)
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
We do not ship to North Africa and the Middle East
We do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. Please understand that these times can vary and we cannot control UPS or USPS shipping times, or other outside factors that may impact shipping times.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately.
We will do our best to try and accommodate the desired change, but if your order has already been processed and is in production by our fulfillment partners, then unfortunately, we are not always able to make such changes.
Please double-check your address when placing your order to avoid this problem.
Can I include a private gift note?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer personal notes with our products.
